Worst hotel ever, don’t consider cheap price because there is no shuttle bus and you will end up paying texi equal to 5 star hotel because when you come back from haram taxi need at least 30-40 Rayal. Hotel has no wifi, no towels 🤒 and no toilet paper, dirty room and no room service or cleaning. Stay 100 miles away from this hotel

Very pathetic. No basic amenities provided. Very noisy and lack of cleanliness. No towels, no kettle, no glass, no iron and ironing board and not even hangers to hang any thing. Nobody comes to ask for daily cleaning and toilet rolls supply. Very very disappointing and far from haram in Ramadan time or busy hours. I will never book this hotel again. I don't want to give even one star 👎🏻

Rooms are small for quad beds. Food Taste is Just average. They have only 6 lifts with 14 floors, you have to wait min 5 minutes for lift

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There wasn’t any internet access in any of the rooms, we had to go connect Wi-Fi from the reception and stay in the lobby. They don’t have a bus and You need to find your own transportation which is very costly, Very very poor hygiene, the room floors were sticky and the bathrooms had mosquitoes and nats coming from the drain. Also, they had NO HOT WATER to shower in!!! And the bathroom ceiling was leaking water and they wouldn’t change my room until 2 days after because I wouldn’t quit complaining. Will not recommend to go there!!
