Great customer service. Room was clean and quiet, could not hear traffic or others in the hotel. Bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant attached. Service was fantastic. We both had wings and drinks. Wings were good. Mild was very mild and my spouse had hot, they were more medium. Still good. Breakfast good. Fresh fruit salad was very nice. We will definitely stay again. We picked a spot close to our work. With the weather we couldn't get home.

We -- spouse, son, and myself -- got the space-themed "fantasy suite" room and it was AMAZING! It was huge, very clean (despite the staff having to clean rocky-looking surfaces), and quiet. The staff were friendly but they really didn't want us to get that room. They said it is 2 persons only and there will be no extra bedding provided, no cot can fit in there, and the couch doesn't become a bed. I brought an air mattress so our son could sleep in the pod. This room is meant as a honeymoon suite only. This policy is just stupid! They are sitting on a gold mine with this room and yet they seem like they don't want people using it. All they have to do is change the couch! They could do more (oh, so many ideas!) but, seriously, just change the couch to one that becomes a bed. They have such couches in nearly every other room of the hotel; this isn't hard people! I would recommend this room to everyone who has a kid, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but not in the way they currently market it. I know of only 3 equivalent hotel rooms in the world, in the WORLD! These people could be making so much money... Brilliant and stupid at the same time.

A friend and I were having a one night visit to Kingston and this was our first visit here. While the decor may look a bit dated at first glance, it actually is a very cozy, clean hotel. The room we had a lovely fireplace. We didn't care about right being in the downtown core, and the location of this hotel is actually pretty central to almost anything you'd want to get to in Kingston. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely would book here again! The hotel felt like it offered sort of a unique experience, not just the standard chain experience!

BEST "BREAKFAST Included" experience I've had in a small hotel...EVER. Chef knows what She's doing!!! Loved the collection of books on the room. Nice touch. Also appreciated the notice posted in room regarding "front desk Visa" scam. Only complaint- the outdoor pool was NOT heated and I still wonder where the showers are that we're to use before going in. That said, it was a nice size and I enjoyed my invigorating 30-40 minutes swim. I'd definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽
