We got there Friday night 01/12/24 Saturday morning we woke up to no hot water. They claimed the fire department was working on it so we trusted them to stay another night cause we were going to cancel our second night. Well we woke up Sunday morning round 8:30am still no hot water. Customer service didn’t want to give us a better discount only $20 off for two days of no hot water. I asked for corporate phone number and the lady acted dumb. So I just left and will be taken action on my own.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was just good. They had something new every morning and most importantly the Texas waffles. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star stay is because the hotel smelled like weed from the first floor to the 3rd floor. The first night it was so bad my sinuses were draining and bothered my throat. During the day the staff cleaned and sprayed it away but the F’rs smoked again the following night. Otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay and give them 👍🏼

I stayed from Oct 3rd to Oct 9th, kept extending my stay! The hotel workers are amazing! The cleaning lady had the room smelling so fresh & clean! Would definitely recommend and also go back next time I’m in Houston!! 10/10 experience

Today will be my 10th day in this hotel. I can honestly say when you stay here you are not just a guest you are considered family. The Managers, Front Desk, and cleaning crew are the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive stay in Houston. I have yet to encounter a roach or any sort of bug/insect in this hotel. Before posting a negative review you also need to take into consideration 1) have I reached out to the hotel staff to remediate this issue ? The majority have not and are just looking for a free stay. Majority of people seem to blame the hotel for any issue that happened outside the premises. People are in and out daily but it is a hotel at the end of the day urs expected. Yes there is an adult store a few blocks away, so what ? If it's not for you then ignore it To the owner and managers of this hotel thank you so much for making feel at home. To the most horrible review I have ever read in my life, please use spell check.
