Excellent customer service. Breakfast was just ok... I'm surprised because its usually great. The rooms were good. Just dated. We ended up having to switch rooms because the a/c had issues. They took very good care of us though. We'd stay again.

Karen the bartender brought so much positive energy to the evening / drinks experience. She was just amazing! Nick at the front desk helped us out with our reservation and accommodated our requests. Thanks for the great experience to both! People like both of you make me want to go back and stay at the same location.

I had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria, and I cannot express enough how remarkable my experience was, thanks in large part to Nick S, the outstanding Front Desk Office Manager. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I knew I was in for an exceptional stay. Nick's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my entire visit. He was not only attentive and professional but went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. His customer service skills are truly unparalleled. The check-in process was seamless, and Nick made sure to answer all my questions and provide me with a wealth of information about the hotel's amenities and services Throughout my stay, Nick remained easily accessible, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns. He possesses an extraordinary level of patience and genuine concern for the well-being of each guest, making me feel like my comfort and satisfaction were his top priorities. Beyond his customer service skills, Nick's attention to detail and passion for his role truly shine. He takes pride in the hotel's appearance and ensures that everything is in perfect order. This hotel experience was the worst one I’ve ever had at any Embassy Suites. There was a charge to park and it was a piece of paper with a tacky note written on it to put in your windshield. No other options available. The elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs to get to our room. You actually had to go outside to get to the elevator. The temperature was cold but you couldn’t adjust the thermostat for warmth. Still cold at 80 degrees. Old decors, limited drinks at happy hour. They give you 2 tickets for the first two drinks. I was very disappointed with the service at this location and you probably lost a customer.

Our family reunion was hosted here. Rooms we're nice and spacious. The breakfast was great and the dinner time snacks were also good but the best part about this hotel was the staff! They really went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They really did a great job. No hotel is perfect including this one but the people working at the hotel can make all the difference in the world when it comes to your experience. Thank you to all the staff especially the people working at the front desk. It was great talking to you everyday and thanks again for helping us. It was much appreciated.
