Starting with the room, it was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Only problem was the size - it was quite small and compact but it was manageable. The location was fine for us, was one night before heading to the airport - but if you plan to stay here while exploring the Strip then it's quite far. Though, there are plenty of nearby places to eat and very easy access to the airport. The room was opposite to the runways so we didn't face any noise problems, but on the other side that could be an issue. The people were nice, lobby and such were fine. The breakfast was great, starts up fairly early - I think it was 5am.

I was stressing, first flight as an adult, and first booked hotel, my plane ride was cancelled… didn’t want to stay at the airport for 24 hours, so I booked a room. The reservation on the phone was simple enough, she answered all my questions and was really nice. I think the most stressful part was where the shuttle picked me up at the airport, but the lady at the front desk walked me through everything and was super friendly. The man driving the shuttle made me feel safe. Upon arrival I noticed the lady’s voice and asked if that was her answering all my phone calls walking me thru everything. She was great! The help was amazing here. The room was great as well. They have everything you need and it was super quiet. Overall experience was great. There’s a first time for everything and I wouldn’t choose anyone else but Best Western. ☺️

This is a really convenient hotel in Las Vegas, probably the closest one to the airport. The shuttle van makes it super easy. Breakfast was decent, not great. No casino, so the quiet is a bonus for some of us, and it makes it super easy to get in and out of the hotel. My only downer was the shower was difficult to get at the right temperature. It'd be cold, cold, then finally hot, then too hot and hard to go back to just slightly hot without it getting cold again. Once I got it right, I wasn't about to turn it off while sudsing to save water, which I would normally do in the desert. Too hard to get it right again.

No hot water the evening we arrived. We were told to just wait 10 minutes. We waited, but nothing ever improved. Perhaps it would be working in the morning? Nope. And I had to walk to the front desk to tell them because the room phone didn't work either. Did I mention the bedding felt like a thin sheet? Best Western you can and should do better. I would never stay here again.

I didn't stay here, I parked for the airport and it was great. I used a third party site to rent a parking spot for a few days. My car was safe for 3 days or however long it was. My initial plane on the return trip didn't work out so technically I was parked longer than I'd planned, which landed at 2AM. I wasn't too worried, but technically that put me out more than what I paid and into the next day 2 hours, but everything worked out. I wasn't expecting a ticket or a tow, but I was happy it turned out. The shuttle came on time and got me to the airport. It would have been perfect to bring me back on return, but my flight landed outside the shuttle hours, sadly. Staff was great and let me get the paperwork done fast and the shuttle waited an extra minute to let me do so. I'm afraid I can't rate anything else, but I'm pleased to be able to give a 5 star for the experience I did have. Thanks!
