I am surprise by how nice and clean this hotel is. The staffs are friendly, room is clean and comfy. Only stayed here for a night for a race event but will stay here again. It is about 800m to the Pattaya Bus station to Bangkok and 1.2km to Terminal 21. Price is reasonable too.

Modern and smart hotel with generous room size. Very large bed, decent size bathroom with a very good shower. Staff all very friendly and efficient. The only downside is the location, which is a little way outside the centre, away from the beach, but a short taxi ride makes it easy. The cost of using a taxi is far outweighed by the hotel prices when compared to more central hotels.

Best Western = The Best Hotel! Myself and my fiance had the most wonderful stay here. Everything from the staff, cleaners, room, pool, and gym was perfect! I have never been in such a clean hotel. I checked the pillows - they even had protectors on them which was amazing! The cleaners did a fantastic job, every day the rooms were spotless. The beds were so comfortable too. Location of the hotel is okay. A good 15 minutes to get to Terminal 21 where you can them hop on a sangthaw to the beach. Such a valuable hotel. So happy with our stay.

Best Western Nexen in Pattaya is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I did stay at the hotel for 1 week and when I did arrive I was welcomed by the staff, with a small welcome drink at the check-in and a quick tour to the room. When I did first see the room I was quite impressed by the room size, especially considering the price point that the hotel falls within. I booked the suite room and what makes it stand out compared to their other regular rooms is the "living room" part of the room, which has its own TV and a sofa etc. Everything from the size of the bed, the size of the TVs and bathroom seems quite balanced in the room. Due to it being a fairly new hotel, everything within the rooms and the other facilities are next to brand new which makes it feel very modern. The air condition is cool all day and the water in the shower is hot with good water pressure. As for improvements for the rooms, the only one I could think of is more international TV channels as most of them are in Thai. Even better would be if the rooms had chromecast so guests can watch their own content. When it comes to the staff they have been very professional and the service have been extremely good, for an example in the bar and the restaurant. The check-in experience was also very smooth and did not take too long.
