The hotel is very well located and better attended. The staff is respectful, but very attentive and helpful. Mr. Albert attended to us and he is a beautiful person. We only stayed one night as we continued towards North Georgia, but we had a great time. The breakfast was good and varied, the room was very well set up, the bathroom was very functional, and the bed and bath linens were of quality. As I said, everything is fine. The only thing we missed was a microwave, but it has a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The entire hotel is very clean and cared for. It is an excellent option at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I stayed there for two nights while attending the LDS Atlanta Temple. The beds were very comfortable (my main standard for grading a hotel) Plus, the staff was amazing. I had left my boots and a pair of sneakers in the room when I left… One month later, I called them up and they had them in their lost and found! The manager took pictures and sent them to me to confirm before I made the trek from knoxville to Atlanta to retrieve them (thank you, Claudia). In the past whenever I have left something at a hotel, the staff really does not want to go and look and they just say “we don’t have that item”. I have never had anyone find anything I have left behind in a hotel… which tells me the staff is also very honest.. It is conveniently located near the temple and some good restaurants. Located just in front of the hotel is a Japanese restaurant and it was fabulous! There is also a taco restaurant across the street as you leave the hotel. Two of our favorite types of food. 🤗

Overall our stay has been good. The location has been convenient for the wedding we're in town for. The room is clean and comfortable. They put a full crib in our room for our daughter which was very helpful. The only negative is that our room has a very nice smart tv in it, but there's no way to connect it to the internet. I tried asking the front desk about it and was told I could only get the cable channels and the netflix and YouTube buttons on the remote are little more than decoration. It's a poor choice in my opinion.

This BW was probably one of the nicest and cleanest I've been to in quite some time. I was so happy to finally find an interior entry for the rooms instead of the older exterior ones. As a single woman traveling for work out of state I much prefer these for safety reasons. The room had hardwood floors with an area rug under the bed and a separate seating area with a pull out couch and comfy highback chair. There was plenty of desk space which in previous locations I have found lacking but this one had room to spread out in. The coffee bar was placed in a little nook cut into the corner with a larger mini fridge which kept my drinks ice cold. The closest was an actual closest instead of the wardrobe or open hanging bar that which is always preferable to me for long term stays. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with the toilet set back in its own little nook of its own as well. The towel rack is placed above the toilet which is a little inconvenient when your in the shower (with awesome water pressure) you have to remember to grab the towels and place them on the counter before stepping in or your going to soak the floor reaching for it. My one and ONLY complaint was the complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, lotion...these used to contain roughly 2 ounces but like all things these days have been reduced to only .75 ounces. As a female with mid length hair I needed to search out house keeping for an additional 2 bottles of each since I never bring mine from home knowing it's provided. I could barely squeeze half out of each bottle cause you can't easily squeeze that out of such a tiny little bottle but that's not that big of an issue to keep me from returning. I'll likely be making this my go to hotel for the next few months when I have to travel for work. The bed was soft an comfortable I didn't sleep well but that's a personal issue I'll be able to sleep better next time as it won't be a new unknown location. Thank you BW for a comfortable safe and clean night to rest my weary head from a long drive!
