My niece and I traveled from Connecticut 18 hours and we were so tired. The service we received was amazing and they upgraded our rooms for free. Also they told me check in was at 3pm but they let us in when the room was done at 12pm. I've never had such great service when it came to hotels until now. Luis and Robin were so kind to us and I greatly appreciate the both of them. I'll definitely be back just because I know I'll be in great hands. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was clean though the fixtures on the sink were wobbly. The breakfast was more or less on par of what you would get from a Holiday Inn Express. My major issue is that they did not enforce quiet hours we had loud partying going on in our area of the hotel for both nights until late. We had our young son with us so it made for a particularly tough weekend with everyone sleep deprived.

I attended an event and forgot an item in the ballroom and a week later I called and explained the situation, they told me they would call me back, supposedly the manager was the one who had to call me but that never happened, so I went directly and he The man at the from desk made a call and then in less than three minutes he returned the call saying that there was nothing and then I asked him to let me in to check in person and the man told me to leave or he would call the police; and I think that for whatever reason those are not the ways to treat a person.

My wife and I arrived late on a Thursday night to be in the area for 3 days to celebrate her birthday as well for me to work(I’m a traveling speaker and music artist). Friday morning around 6 AM, we had people yelling, slamming doors and playing loud music outside of our room for about 20-30 minutes. When I went down to politely talk to the front desk about it, I felt like he could care less about the disturbance and told us he would say something to them. We arrived back at the hotel Friday after a long day and we were ready to sleep and this same group was being loud again… I avoided saying something because I didn’t want to come off as being difficult. Saturday morning around 6:15 AM, the same thing occurred again. Yelling, whistling, slamming doors for over 20 minutes straight. When I went down to talk to the front desk about my frustration, I was told “well it’s almost 7 AM”… After another long day on Saturday and needing to be at the airport at 5 AM to catch our flight home, my wife and I were looking forward to getting some sleep… but once again we were kept up by this same group. They partied hard til 3 AM! Loud music, yelling, and they were definitely smoking so much that we could smell it heavily in our room. I hesitated to talk to the front desk as I felt ignored on all other incidents. I finally called down around 2 AM and the front desk acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He did go down and ask them to be quiet but all that really did was get them to stop playing music. They were loud til about 3 AM. All my wife and I wanted was to have a good nights sleep. No accommodations were offered as far as offering to move us to another room. I looked up their policies and quiet hours are suppose to be 10:30 PM to 7 AM and smoking is not allowed at all. I truly don’t understand why these guests were given so much room to break the rules that are in place. I don’t understand why we were treated as if our frustrations and experience was not important. We paid to be there too and felt as if our experience didn’t matter to them at all. All we wanted was a quiet place to sleep and ended up with a nightmare of an experience here. I ended up telling the organization who booked us to try to avoid using this location for their future guests as I felt it wasn’t the best place to accommodate those they are bringing in from out of state to get the rest they need to be at their best. I personally would not recommend based off of my time there.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday night with my Niece on separate floor. Attempted to call this hotel direct numerous times throughout Monday prior to ask question while booking, but to no avail. Was forced to book via Third party. “Guillermo” front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Room was satisfactory aside from staff leaving a dirty towel on the floor, and trash after cleaning Saturday morning that we found upon our return in the evening. Sitting in Lobby on several occasions, I discovered the front desk is rarely occupied. This may explain why our phone inquiry was never answered. Halls very noisy, but given the amount of Indian population staying, there may have been a Wedding. They are charging my Niece an additional $45 for soiling 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel. Really? We’ll see how that goes. For $170/night I expect better from an Individual representing a Corporation with such a high Standard in the Business of Customer Service.
