Great central location to leipzig train station. I absolutely loved the room and felt very relaxed and the decor of my room was beautiful and I cannot praise it enough. The hotel was clean, the bed was Made everyday. The breakfast was Good from what I had but for the price not alot of option. The service from the housekeeping was excellent. The only drawbacks were when i requested 4 days in a row and called down to reception the day before and requested the same thing several times it was not met in a quick turnaround and because of one instance I was late for work due to poor organization skills. The other negative was when I got into the hotel my keycard didnt work then I tryed a second one the same thing happened and finally the third time with the hotel staff trying still didnt work. However this was dealt with evendtually in a prompt manner that is why I marked the hotel down 1 star for service as overall it was a fantastic experience and I would love to come back

All-in-all a good Hotel, though with some notable downsides. 1. Even with closed windows it's a bit to noisy in the rooms, due to the tram line infront of the Hotel. 2. The breakfast selection offers the bare minimum for a German Hotel. 3. The parking fee at the Hotel is quite expensive compared to all garages around. Reasonable that they charge for parking, but charging your own customer more than the main train station garage? For me a clear sign of being more interested in grabbing your cash than customer service..

A nice hotel located just few steps from the Leipzig Hauptbahnhof. Super friendly and helping staff, nice and comfy large rooms. Amazing breakfast, and possibility to enjoy sauna in the evening.

Very nice hotel, not expensive, we paid 120 euros for me, my wife and two children. Close to historic city center, central railway station. Very good place to start visiting Leipzig. Rooms clean, nice balcon, two screens, breakfast ok but it misses hot milk and chocolate, you can make a tea in a room. The rooms are a little too dark. It misses air conditioning on corridor on the floors, very hot and wet air there. The service very polite, professional, excellent. You can pay by enter or by exit, full customer attitude.
