Room heating only worked properly for the first 2 days, for the remaining 6 nights of our stay it was pretty chilly despite turning the radiator up all the way. Internet connectivity was extremely wonky, which was problematic due to me having to attend online classes in the morning. And last, but not least, there was no way to access an electric kettle or any glasses anywhere in the building, and it proved to be a grave issue considering I'm 6 months pregnant and fell ill with a fever and couldn't even comfort myself with a hot herbal tea while I was bedridden. So yea, great accommodation. I grew up in early post-communist Romania and even the shabbiest hotels I slept in during my childhood provided at least a couple of glasses in the bedrooms.. I still live in Eastern Europe (Estonia) and haven't encountered something like this before.

The rooms may look nice but the apartment smells unpleasantly like an old attic mixed with a a sweet and moldy odor. The heater in the bathroom is incredibly noisy. The bed is definitely too small for two people and uncomfortably soft. For the exact same price you could get a room in an NH Hotel in Leipzig (Messe) inkluding breakfast.

It is important to know that the Check-in staff is not in this building. The Check-in Reception is 400m away and closer to the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) than the apartment. As I did not notice it before booking(non refundable), I dragged my luggage to the apartment and realise I have to walk backwards to the reception. It is too much work if you are solo traveller and have a heavy luggage. To provide added value & service to your guests, suggest that the owner consider to send check-in instructions by a reminder email before your guests arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

I booked the apartment on the same adress like a last time becuase of the good parking space, but this time a booked the suite on the same page and i got it on the different location without parking space, and they didn’t wont to change the apartment! I paid for my dog 10€ per day and they didn’t want to back money even my dog didn’t be in the apartment! The girl who works on reception is passionately unkind 👎🏽 my recommendation is to not go there!
