It's a bit far from Milan, but we were there with a group, so they chose the hotel and it worked for us. The hotel and rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was modern with a cool sink (but the shower door allowed a good deal of water onto the floor). The staff was very friendly, especially the dining room staff. We initially had trouble with the door and lights, but figured it out (too modern for us I guess). The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with good coffee and lots of food options. Overall, we had a very nice stay

The good: The receptionist were helpful. Good shower. They offer free shuttle to the city (Due to the distance), very good. Low pollution (relatively). They gave us a map. Good air-condition. Great Wi-Fi. The bad: The TV, even in the premium room is tiny. We found a very dirty towel with brown marks on it. Facilities are still being built / repaired on the top floor. Food was pricey & were salted so much that we could not eat it. Waiters forgot our order over 3 times on a non-busy time. Location is close to the slums. At arrival we noticed their neighbour buildings with graffiti, broken windows, and construction (?). Receptionist allows certain people to skip in-front of us at the reception.

A nice hotel in Milan, only 20 minutes from city center, 15 minutes to the San Piero stadium. And 30 minutes from the Malpensa Airport. Top floor where the pool is, there is a great view of the city. Price for a room isn't bad, so many choices for breakfast. The only drawback was the drinks they sold at the lobby, 14 euros for a spritz. I ended up going out to the supermarket and got two bottles for almost the same price. All in all this hotel isn't that bad.

They are LGBTQ+ friendly but they are against foreigners! At the reception they asked for our identity cards (which is completely normal) however they asked for my passport as I don't look French! and they didn't ask my boyfriend for his passport because he is blond and blue-eyed European!! I couldn't find any other excuse for this attitude except that it is racist! And for the swimming pool, the water was so green so I couldn't really figure out if it is the color of the pool or the water has not been changed for awhile......

My experience with we very bad, I came for fiera Milano. The location is near 6minutes. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is so bad. Cold eggs, sausages, burned bacon that’s all I understand as is only 1 chef to serve buts can be Mutch better for 4**** hotel. The dinner you have to wait 35’ for pasta an 15’ more for salad l! 2 chefs in kitchen to serve daily a lot of customers!
