Worthy of taking our time too write an review regarding this hotel. At arrival we sure felt comfortable that this hotel offers private parking on hotel ground. The checking was smoothly and the lobby looks clean, organized, professional and tight. The staff was very polite, warm and service focused, they are all professional dressed and look like the fit the picture of this class hotel. Our room was very clean, no dust, no webs and the sheets where absolutely white, clean on a very comfortable and big bed. The bathroom is also very comfortable, big and most important very clean and organized. The food in the restaurant was actually surprisingly better then we expected of "hotel food" every single dish displayed the love and respect this chef has for his food and clients, truly amazing flavors, quality, quantity, price and set up. Offcourse we can't forget the staff, they are all a very big part of the complete picture, they are warm, professional, nice and service attending. Overal we give this hotel for our business trip a 9/10 points and trust me...we where very critical and these guys earned it, the hotel was 100% full and lots of business events carried out with excellence carried on the shoulders of this professional business hotel. When I’m coming to Milan i always stayed there. I always parked my car front of the hotel. One night they broke the window and they stole our belongings front of the camera, front of the hotel. Police did nothing. The guy who worked there was very helpful and help to clean the car from the broken window. Anyway the area is terrible around and if you have a car better you don’t leave anything inside. I think they should have security specially now is a lot of immigrants in Milan, or at least better secure garage which only guests from the hotel can enter…

The room was lovely but there were few amenities. The water in the fridge costed 2.50€ per bottle, which we didn't know until we checked out. Usually water would be complimentary when paying this much at a hotel. Breakfast was nice, they had a good range of options. The location is absolutely terrible. They lie on the website saying it is 'connected to the city centre due to the proximity of the metro'. This is not true. It is a 50+ minute walk through a very ugly area to the nearest metro station, and even that station is a long way from the Duomo. The airport shuttle they offer is 90€, which is basically the same cost as a taxi. This should be cheaper for hotel guests. Overall the room was nice and the food good, but the location was absolutely terrible if you want to spend time in Milan.
