4 star for rooms as it’s a 4 star hotel - rooms are great and have conveniences such as a bar fridge, safe and ample storage. TV was a bit old though. Staff were incredibly nice and great to deal with. Location is amazing, had breakfast right by the beach each morning when I stayed! Overall I’d give it 5 stars, especially considering it was a reasonable price for the stay. Definitely recommend this place.

We travelled as an extended family of 10, including 2 grandparents and four under 4's and found this hotel to be everything we could have asked for. The staff particularly were so accomodating and helpful, especially given in seems like they worked ridiculously long hours and have to put up with tourist demands (I hope the hotel pays it's staff appropriately). We organised all our trips with the tour desk at the hotel and were not disappointed. The kids club was much loved by our kids as were the pools which were very clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, the beach was right at our doorstep and calm and pretty. We chose the half board option and the only thing I would say is that there isn't really many options for vegetarians (but that only affected me!) All in all it was a wonderful trip, we adored our time there and would happily recommend it to anyone!

We are currently in the hotel and having a time of our life. Staff is very kind, we got free upgrade to a sea view room and the view is simply amazing. Breakfast is aboundant and fresh, pools are big and with clean and warm water. Bangtao as a location is ideal for family holiday with small shops, massage possibilities on every step and great excursion possibilities. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Sadly today is our last day here in BW premier in Phuket. We had 10 wonderful days, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms are excellent. The staff at the restaurants are so polite and friendly, the bar staff are very knowledgeable, especially Kayven at the pool bar he is so good at what he is doing. Also the beach and the pool area is good and clean. We definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to all the people who served us during our stay. Oksen Torosyan

This gem is hidden on a beautiful bay on the west side of Phuket. It offers a pleasant experience for those who love a smaller but a high-quality hotel that isn’t too loud at night. There are many bars/ restaurants close by (my favourite being Silmie restaurant) and the resort is located right on the white Bangtao beach. We stayed during the new year and there was a dining option available that was stunning.
