Cleanliness standards could be improved. Immediately after checking in we noticed our pillowcase had a large stain that appeared to be blood. This was resolved promptly but we continued to notice more stains during our 3 night stay. Decent breakfast options (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels, pastries). Convenient location for a conference we attended at UC Davis.

This hotel is a gem if you are not looking for a 5 star overly priced hotel. The rooms are clean, and the overall experience was very good. The location to downtown Davis is only 2 blocks away, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the breakfast choices. There was no sliced bread, only bagels, However they did offer eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, and oatmeal and coffee and juices. Overall, it was worth the price.

Aloha! If you're in for a visit or game at UC Davis this is an excellent location, 5-10 Minutes away from the campus and the Football stadium. Friendly staff and we felt safe! This location and very close to restaurants too! Would visit again. Mahalo!

Great location - not too far from the airport and within walking distance of many great cafes, restaurants, and the farmer's market. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. There were almonds and sticky residue in the corner by the armchair and there were stains on the night stands that could have been wiped down. The bed sheets and bathroom seemed clean. Since we were there for a short duration and the prices at the time of stay were reasonable, we didn't ask for a room change, but there is room for improvement in their cleaning process.
