We came with a big group and we got 4 standard rooms. One of our rooms wasn’t clean, it smelled horrible and the beds weren’t made. However the front desk kindly found us another room. We checked for bed bugs and we didn’t find any. The breakfast was better than we expected, a lot of the reviews are about the COVID breakfast which is different. The best part for sure is the location.

This location was perfect and near the hikes/tours I had scheduled. The sunrise from the front of the hotel was amazing, and I enjoyed it while I had breakfast. My room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I come back!

Its a nice clean place, friendly staff and big rooms. The breakfast was a bit slow and hard to get your food. The view is breathtaking! And it is super close to Antelope Canyon and that was important to us.We would stay here again.

First, Yvette at the front desk was amazing and very helpful with questions and accommodating! It was New Year’s Eve and she was super friendly! Everything else was good, breakfast had a fair amount of options for a hotel breakfast. My only beef was the rooms, specifically the bathroom had a decent amount of hairs in a few places around the floors that makes me question how thoroughly they were cleaned … otherwise, great location!

The location is very close to Upper Antelope and offers breakfast, which is a bonus for those on a long journey. What I'd like to highlight is the front desk concierge & sales team, who were superb. For whatever unknown reason, my parents were booked two rooms instead of one and they couldn't communicate to resolve the problem (English is not their first language). The front desk concierge person kindly helped my dad on a three way call with me so I can translate, and he very kindly also offered me to reach out to their sales person. This was a Friday night and my parent's check out was on Sunday, so I had low hopes this would be taken care of during the weekend. However, to my surprise, after I emailed on late Friday night, Brieanna was able to fix it immediately on Saturday. She was quick, efficient, and helpful. She saved me a big headache because I had booked using a third party, so I figured this accidental double booking will go a long, long way to resolve but nope! All taken care of, before my parents checked out! The front desk gentleman was also so helpful in finding a different room for my parents as the first one they received had smell issues, however this was also taken care of. Because of the amazing service my parents received, I plan on also visiting here with my boyfriend this coming Spring/Summer. Thank you team!
