Nice getaway and a good place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep. Had great neighbours so didn’t experience any noise at all but my friends reported otherwise. The young lady at the reception was really polite, helpful and really welcoming, however the lad at night didn’t have a clue and most of time just passed on the responsibility for the day lot. Minor improvements; - sound proofing between bedrooms - kettle that works - Roads in general smells of sewage from the drainage system

Nice hotel. I stayed Oct. 2023 and the staff that I dealt were very pleasant and e verything was quite easy at check-in. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was actually quite good with lots of variety and it cost 200 baht contrary to what was listed when I booked. Special for this month, I believe. The bed was firm (not rock hard like a lot of Thai hotels) and the room was quite decent although some of the finish strips on the edges of the furniture was peeling off but even new furniture, that happens quickly. I did not use the pool, but it looked good. It is a little out of the centre of Pattaya so you have to either walk or taxi/Bolt car to get to the older tourism areas with the bars, etc. I really liked the hotel and recommend it and will rate it 4.5 stars for its price range.

Didn't get room I payed for. Was supposed to get a room with king size bed got room with twin beds with Wheels on then. the beds have big wheels on them so I was moving all over the room like I was in a shopping cart. And there is no hot water as well, there is no type of Separation from the shower to the rest of the bathroom at all when you shower the whole rest of the bathroom will get wet. The only good thing is the location but I never stay again I rather get a bolt from some where and pay the extra money and I'm cheap

Everything except a couple of things were good. AC took too much time to cool. And it wasn't on when we went out. So not a good experience if you're coming from hotels like Holiday Inn etc. Bathroom was clean and cleanliness was in general good across the hotel - in room, lobby, washroom, etc. They also charged 400 baht extra for checking in early. Close to walking street and other nightlife area if you can walk 2-3km easily. Location was fine I think. There's an Indian restaurant from across the street - Taj something. If you are staying on a budget, I think this is a good option. You'll be anyways out for most of the day so it's a decent choice.

It's close to the walking street and the beach. But the service is not acceptable. There is no brush, no soap to wash the hands and others like them. The conditioner is working well. The breakfast is not great. There are several foods but it does not cover various types of foods. There is a small but good pool on the ground floor. Receptions don't know english more.
