Beverley House Hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location near Hyde Park and attentive service. The receptionist, a young man, was incredibly helpful and even offered sweets and biscuits upon my arrival. The accommodations were tastefully appointed, and the on-site amenities, including the restaurant and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, Beverley House Hotel offers a memorable stay for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.

The room was small but adequate for our two-night stay and the location is great as it’s only a three minute walk from Paddington station. The heating system was a bit noisy so perhaps has some airlocks in but it wasn’t a major problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. They don’t have meals available but there are shops and restaurants just round the corner. A very pleasant stay and would use it again for sure.

Great location and kind staff, but definitely not a 3 stars hotel (2 as most). Got a tiny room in the basement with a window towards the inner patio, barely any common room (one shared with another hotel). They allowed me to leave my luggage a few hours in the reception after the check out, to have time for a brunch outside without carrying the suitcase everywhere, which was a lovely gesture. I'm not sure if it's a "brittish thing", but I thought it was a bit creepy finding a bible in my room drawer... and it's certainly not very inclusive.

My mother booked this place for the group. It’s four of us that were supposed to stay here. I decided to book a hostel for myself about a mile away than stay at this place. The first red flag is that our party was given rooms far apart. My aunt and I were put in the basement and my mom and grandma were put on the second floor. We thought we’d be close, but that’s not the biggest deal. The real issue for me is that my basement room was very basement-like. The room smelled like mold and must and felt wet. I know myself and what makes me sick, so I quickly decided to make a booking for myself elsewhere. I felt validated when I heard another guest ask the reception to send a cleaning crew to get rid of the mold in his room. Additionally, the rug in the room was filthy and stained, and the mattresses didn’t have mattress covers. The mattresses were not comfortable, and I can handle that, but I was concerned by the lack of basic precautions against bedbugs. The location is good. If you need to stay close to Paddington station for a night or two and don’t mind very below average accommodations, this is fine. I absolutely don’t recommend this place if you are traveling with family. Like I said, I left this place as soon as I detected a moldy environment. But I also will note there isn’t a place to hang out or spend time together in down time. This is another thing I didn’t like since it was for a family vacation for an entire week. Finally, the place isn’t cheap. Spend your money elsewhere, unless you’re really desperate.

This hotel makes the difference! Where can I start. It is the most clean hotel I ve been in the past years. The location is just the key to seeing the whole of London without any effort. It is 300m away from the main station to the metro but also to the rest of the train lines. Last but not least, the friendliness of the staff makes you feel at home. Definitely, I recommend it !!!!! 👌
