Phenomenal hotel, great staff, breakfast is fine, shower is strong, room has a unique layout, the only flaws is that there is no nearby mini mart and food place and the bar isn't open. Thank you so much Beverly hotel.

I've stayed here a few times and the receptionists, whoever it is, will always greet me and are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and the facilities are of a good standard.

I had my weddings reception there and booked three rooms for my daughters connecting rooms and suit room for my self. And the next day both my daughters found out there is a hole in the entrance door big holes just under the door handle, someone can see very clearly from outside. And the pillow, bed cover is so wear off very old, bathtub very dirty , I will not recommend this hotel, the worst hotel in Batam.... My family booked 1 months advance and rooms not ready when they check in, wait for 3 hours....

Thankyou So much to all the staff🥰super star to all of them, Let me start in the reception, "I would like to mention Mr. Zega and Ms. Yuliah Correct me if im wrong mentioning Her name☺️" so yah! they are so friendly and so gratefull to talk and welcoming the guest i love to talk 2 of them they are so great and fun i love them, please keep it up the good work guys💪🙏🏻🥰 And also our room service they did super well and everyday they maintain cleaning our room, theres 1staff guy Name by Mr. AYUP Berli , he is the best for me Cleaning Up my Room in 509 , actually all the staff is so good and so friendly And their smiles never disappear from their faces😁😊 Staying in this hotel for 2weeks is so good,fun and everything was so soft and always active when we needed something, they are good taking care of all guest. The Facilities are good and so comfortable. Ican't say more but 100% goodService. in my resting journey. Hope to see you again guys🥰 iwill be back here in this hotel Beverly Hotel Batam the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😘👌🏻

I frequently stay in Beverly, twice a month. The front staff, Ms. Echa and Ms.Yulia are very friendly and helpful. I was there last week to welcome Christmas. The front staff, Echa, Yulia, and the security staff assisted me in firing the fireworks to welcome Christmas. The bed is very comfortable. Rooms cleanliness is satisfactory and needs further improvement . I hope the management will renovate the rooms to stay competitive. The room rates are affordable. The hotel stay is definitely valuable for money. The swimming pool has been under maintenance for more than a year. I hope that in 2024, the management will make a firm decision on what to do about the swimming pool situation. The gym is well maintained. 💪 Breakfast is simple and good.
