The room and facilities are satisfactory, and the front desk service staff is good, though the prices are a bit steep. However, during our New Year weekend stay, we acknowledge the festive surge in rates. My primary reason for this Google review is to commend the F&B team at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I observed a concerning pattern of racial discrimination when the live station staff showed preferential treatment to a specific race. Initially, I thought it might be an isolated incident, but when my friend experienced the same bias from a different staff member, it became apparent. I find this kind of racial discrimination completely unacceptable and outrageous.

This is bad. Pool is dirty. We were hit with no water supply in our toilet and the staffs just don’t know how to handle the situation. It was more than 2hrs without water and we were expected to checkout regardless. Breakfast spread can be better too. It’s a tad unhygienic for a hotel standard. Location is not great coz there aren’t anything around the hotel. Will not stay here again

Very bad experience. The whole corridor was flooded. The elevator didn’t work since the hotel leaked and the rain got in. The air conditioner is not working well. It’s hot. Their staff cannot communicate English well. A non smoking room but the room smelled cigarettes 🤮

The room is very spacious and nicely decorated.We had a good sleep because the bed is super comfy and the added bolsters is a bonus.However,breakfast is very dissapointing for a chain hotel.Very limited choices catered mainly to the locals only.There is no western items,such as sausages, turkey's ham or bacon.The check in process is fast but no proactiveness from the receptionists. We have to ask for WIFI and Breakfast.She is not flexible in giving us 2 of room cards instead of 1,as at time 1 of us need to be out.She kept emphasising on late check out at 12.10 pm the latest or else our deposit will be forfeited.They are smaller hotel in this island with better breakfast selection and service.

Sorry, I hate to give 1 star as I dislike to tarnish others image for nothing. But this is the worst stay for me in 2023! - we booked a non smoking room. But toilet cubicle had particular strong cigarette smell. I suspect they gave us a smoking room and done some deodorizing spray to mask the smell! - the "new" towels were extremely smelly! The towel smell like its soak in bleach and not dried up properly. Damn stinky sour smell odour! Warning : pls sniff your towel before you use it. - you try calling their housekeeping or recep to get replacement towels or other amenities. It will take them ages to answer the call. - do check out the toilet roll, its just a small "new" pathetic roll. - reviews about the aircon is real from others here. Prior to your stay, the hotel will set the aircon to centralise aircon mode. Which means you are unable to adjust it from your room. You need to call their "engineer" and they will come down to your room to change the settings. - the fridge doesnt work at all. I checked my other family members room, same, fridge doesnt work. - dont expect any hot bath. The water is warm but not hot enough. Heater is not the best here. - location : check google map and you will know. 😊 I understand that ibis is a nofrills hotel stay and therefore, I should manage my expectation. But this is just below par. I hope I am the only unlucky one here. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
