One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast at the rooftop is a really great experience, there’s a nice view and the music they play at the breakfast just makes the experience better. Everyday they have different things so there’s a good variety in the breakfast. And their hospitality is the best. We arrived at midnight and were hungry & tired, but didn’t know where we could eat. At the hotel there were also not many employees awake because it was really late. But they still cooked us chicken soup and brought it to the rooftop where we could eat. Overall a great hotel where we stayed 8 nights’

I stayed 3 nights here and it was wonderful. The hotel is located at a peaceful, absolutely not noisy street, near to the tram and sights. The rooms of the hotel were cozy, nice and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning as well. I cannot complain about anything. Everything was just perfect. The wifi was really good and strong. The hotel staff were all amazing, kind and helpful people. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place. For the food, it was delicious. The breakfast was continental and you could choose from various choices, eg. vegetables, fruits, cheese and drinks. The dinner was also incredible. The lady working there was absolutely kind and polite. The view was also breathtaking. I loved this place and the people working there.

Good location and zentral in Lalali District. Good price and friendly staff, rooms clean and the bathroom a little bit small. Breakfast buffet with multiple choices Restaurant views are excellent

I don't know how this is a 4-star hotel. The rooms were so small and smelly. The staff were not professional especially at the restaurant. The lady working at the restaurant ruined our special night by not taking our order. She did not understand a word of english and even when we pointed them the food in the menu she still didn't get it. The staff gave us a lot of attitudes. well except a doorbell guy who was very nice and another guy in the reception who ended up actually giving us a good room. Overall it was a disaster though. The only great thing about it was the location which was close to the bazaar and the metro. Would not recommend anyone stay here not even one day!
