felt like I was sleeping on the street.. Lots of noise.. By 3am, the noise had decreased a bit.. Small room.. They converted the restaurant into rooms.. my bad luck they gave me a room on this floor. The smell of onions everywhere... terrible Bed pillow

I spent three nights in three different hotels, and I have to move out of each hotel because I didn’t like the rooms and the areas. But as soon as I walk into this hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome and luckily Mostafa was an English speaking receptionist and show me around the rooms, and I instantly felt that is my kind a Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and well-maintained. Comparing to the hotels around. The stuffs are really nice. Excellent customer service. Especially Mr. Gokhan I cannot thank him enough for the hospitality that he showed me and was trying to help tirelessly. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying around this area. Again, thank you Mr. Gokhan for your tips and advices.

I stayed at this hotel for few weeks on and off as I was visiting Istanbul. The location was great as it is in the middle of the night life and a minute away from istiqlal street. The concierge Gokhan at the front desk was amazing. He was very professional and very helpful in every way possible. Honestly he is the main reason I will be coming to this Hotel again this year.

It should have been a good hotel at the very beginning since the location is good, room (for 3 people) and bathroom are spacious and the initial interior was good BUT now this hotel requires a major RENOVATION and CLEANING. We gave 100 TL to the cleaning lady to clean the room from the bottom to the top and she only changed the bedding. This lady that works with a man does not use any vacuum cleaner, the dirt on the bathroom walls has been accumulating there for years, the duvet and pillows are yellow and disgusting. I had to buy Lysol spray and wipes to clean the toilet, sink and bath cabin myself, so we can use the bathroom. It is extremely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff is nice and friendly but the management should definitely change their cleaning staff and do the renovation. My mom has been traveling all over the Turkey for years and she says this is the first time you give extra money to the cleaning lady and she does nothing. Very disappointing. Also, since there are lots of holes in the corners of the walls, we ended up with a bug in our bed.
