Excellent great value stay with included breakfast buffet and a beautiful view of the city. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All of the staff were very kind and helpful with requests for the room, and recommendations around the city.

I understand that each guest has different preferences, and these issues might be specific to my experience. However, I believe it is important to share my feedback to help improve the overall guest experience. While the hotel enjoyed an excellent location in a desirable area with stunning views and convenient access to popular place. it was disappointing to discover that the hotel did not have an elevator in some floors. This made it challenging to access our room, especially when carrying our luggage up. Also I found the room size to be smaller than expected.

The Hotel is located in a very convenient location. Strong AC, and Wi-Fi all over the premises. 25 mins walk from the Grand Bazaar, and 15 min walk to Hagia Sophia mosque. Also right next door, there’s a train station. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

This hotel is equivalent to a 2 star hotel. No iron in the room and the one given didn't work. No conditioner or other toiletries provided other than soap, shampoo and body wash. The water would fill up in the shower because the floor was uneven. The room would get sorted daily but not cleaned! The floor was hardwood and would not get mopped and the bathroom would not get cleaned daily. The lady who cleans bathrooms, also cooks breakfast as well (Staff shortage). The staff is dressed in casual clothes instead of professional outfits. The breakfast was extremely small. Seating only for 6 people. Will never stay here again and would not recommend staying here at all!

If you are looking for luxurious experience then find another hotel. The hotel is so good for small groups (2 - 3). First, let me talk about the reception, they were so kind understandable and helpful people. I would appreciate their fast check in for me and my family, it was with a seconds and they care about your special request (I did request infant bed and they provided it). Special thanks to Dadash he speak English and really supportive and provide the suitable advise which could help you at your trip there. Now let me talk about the housekeeping is great they keep the room always clean. The safety there, the hotel provide CCTV and safe for your personal stuff. My booking was with breakfast, the breakfast have no various options but it was fine to me. In the end my review based on my experience it may help you and it may not
