My review is for the great customer service and lobby/restaurant area. When I arrived I spoke with Che. She advised me that the hotel had no availability but was kind enough to share a few hotels from High to low with her recommendations that may have some rooms. Her service went above and beyond! She allowed me to leave my luggage there while I walked Patong area looking for accommodation, that alone was amazing! When I came back she was happy to hear I had luck with booking a room and offered for me to come back to eat at the restaurant there at her hotel. Che made me feel at home even though I wasn’t staying there, it feels good to meet amazing people! Lobby/Restaurant: Very very clean and looks recently renovated or new. Exterior: Also very clean, new looking building or newly renovated. Service: Che is the definition of great customer service and people skills! Very nice person and would absolutely stay here in the future! Booking ahead of time of course! 😂 Moral of the story, don’t wait last minute to book in Patong! I just got lucky along the way and was happy to meet good people and a nice small hotel that I’ll definitely stay at in the future! I’ll try to stop by to include some photos to this post. Thank you Che!

Che, Bee and Gunn on reception should be congratulated on the wonderful service they provide on reception. Nothing is to much bother. The hotel atmosphere is definitely down to the outstanding attention to detail that Sham - Guest Relations Manager/ Co Owner has instilled into what is a very friendly atmosphere throughout.

Exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The accommodation's location was perfect, offering convenience and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff, including the owners, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and friendly atmosphere truly made my solo trip unforgettable. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was everything I was hoping for and more. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect- a very quick walk to Bangla and the beach. The price was incredible. However what really set this place apart was the staff. Huge thanks to Sham and everyone else who went way out of their way to make us feel at home.

We were happy with our stay, the hotel is well located, only a few minutes walking to Bangla Rd but located in a calm side street such that you can sleep at night. The hotel’s common area is nicely furnished with board games and a mini pool, we often stayed here and spend some time. The rooms were clean and the room was made everyday. They gave us free water bottles everyday. The internet connection is really good and the showers always had hot water. Overall, it’s a really good price for the offering! In terms of improvement I would mention the laundry service. It’s 50BHT per kg, so comparable with the other laundry shops. I think they hire a 3rd party for that. When it came back, it didn’t smell so good. It kind of smelled like it had been left in the washing machine too long 😅 I’m not sure if this might be common here due to the humidity, but we got our clothes washed in Chiang Mai once and it didn’t smell like this. So that would be great if it could be improved! However, I would still give them a great rating because the staff is exceptional, especially the woman on the counter. She’s very attentive and caring!
