The so-called "Deluxe Triple Room" in Hotel Big M was exactly like the Superior Double room except for an extra single bed. There was no mirror in the room, and all three occupants were supposed to use the mirror in the bathroom for getting dressed. The toilet flush in the room was defective, and to make matters worse, the room was exactly in front of a train track on which trains run from 6.00 am to midnight. The train track was just a few feet away and at the same level as the room. When asked for a different room, they only offered a superior double without a window.

Strategic location just fews meters to LRT station and surrounded by fast food restaurants & minimart. The room is so simple, not too big but surely good for solo. Cons: Small shower area without exhaust fan. TV only show locals program

Very good hotel with affordable price in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City. Room is clean and comfortable. No parking but very easy access to LRT. Receptionist is kind enough to let me check in earlier at 1.30pm as I arrived early and room is available. Actually just want to check whether they have lounge where I can rest a bit. But she offered me early check in. Staffs also very professional. Surely will come again.

Location was near mrt masjid jamek, near mcd and small grocery store. The hotel was clean. The water pressure on the room was perfect! The heater worked properly. There was a bidet on the toilet. When I checked in, the staff asked for deposit (50RM). And the deposit will be turned back when I checked out. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There was a water dispenser at the 7th floor so don’t worry about drinks. There was an electric iron at every floor to tidying our clothes. Perfect!
