This place was clean and well-maintained providing a comfortable experience. However, it's worth noting that it's not centrally located, something i overlooked when booking. Luckily, a bus stop just 2 minutes away, although remember that Bilbao doesn't have late night buses. They offered a contactless entry and had no staff inside, but they were highly responsive to messages. The rooms were cleaned daily, but towels were changed only every three days, so keep that in mind. Overall, it's a solid option for a clean stay, just factor in the location when booking!

Very clean room and spacious, didn't get to use the kitchen but it was automatically controlled once opened the door the extractor in the kitchen would turn on, I was so impressed! Well equipped, and there are laundry machine and dryer too. Bus ride to centre takes about 10-15 mins. Free parking space 5 mins drive. Will use again if return to Bilbao!

The hotel is beautiful as well as practical. The rooms are very well equipped, the TV has Prime Video and more. Something that is very good is that at the entrance there is a fully equipped kitchen and if you are not staying in an apartment you can use everything as long as you leave everything clean and tidy, but what is really worth it is the attention of Gem. It is there for everything at all times and provides all the facilities to make us feel at home. I'm glad I met her and I hope her boss is aware of how well she does her job because you won't find another one like her 😊
