Stylish hotel right by the soccer stadium. The location is excellent for public transport to discover all Bilbao has to offer. It was a bit loud in the room during the night as it’s connected to other buildings with residences, and the split-unit in my room wasn’t working, but it was a good value nevertheless. The hotel is immaculately clean. The “co-working” space is lovely and comfortable. They have lockers (taquillas) for luggage if your arrival/departure times don’t match up with check-in/check-out times.

Affordable. Easy to find. Good communication. Bed was a little uncomfortable and you can easily here people in the hallways. There was wind in the corridor that pushed against the door during the night and disrupted our sleep. Also the workers knocked on our door for room service at 1030am even though we were checking out that day. Usually this doesn't happen in hotels because the workers should know which rooms will be checking out.

Fantastic location with great transport links. No food options in house but plenty in the area. Nice, quiet and safe area.

Rough start but good in the end It’s a budget stay, but I was drawn to it because it was the only room available for less than €700. Turns out there was a Linux conference in town, so everything mid-price was booked. The receptionist comes on duty at 2pm, so if you’re arriving early, the hotel is supposed to e-mail a code with instructions so you can access the hotel and lock up your stuff. After 3 e-mails from me, I never received a response, so I wound up lugging my bags to the Guggenheim’s bag check. Not ideal and lots of extra taxi fare. On to the good part: the location felt a little remote at first, but once I learned how spread out Bilbao is, I realized that I would be walking, taking a train, tram, bus everywhere, anyway. And the hotel is a 4-minute walk from the main “Intermodal” bus & train station - that includes the €3 bus to and from the airport. Also, a 3-minute walk to the San Mamés subway station. My room was small, but modern and well-appointed with a really slick bathroom. The AC was robust, and I really needed that on a couple hot days. No frills here, but a good spot for not too much dinero.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, all looked as new inside. Very good price and quality ratio. We received well detailed information about check in. Bathroom is spacious, while room is not very. In room were several light switchers, but all of them turned light in one way, also lamp near bed didn't work. It was not critical, but probably should be fixed.
