This hotel is a one star, because it was a 1LDK and had two bathrooms. Yet the cons for this Hotel were, that the toilet seats were dirty and the ground in the whole room was unstable. There were many bugs. The bed and the sofa, even the chairs that were by the table seemed like they would break right after you sit down or lie down. On the TV you couldn’t watch anything. You couldn’t watch any series’ or movies.The money we paid for was not worth it. It is too expensive. The people downstairs at the front are sometimes nice. But the people on Whatsapp ignore you and take long to respond as well. It is a self check in Hotel and you have to get your Keys from a Mailbox. Which was ok. The Wifi worked just fine. There was a Lamp in our sleeping room,but it didn’t have the plug from Malaysia and didn’t fit in to the socket. Other Hotels that have the same price as this hotel,are definitely more worth it. They don’t even let you cancel your booking. They haven’t even given us our Damage Deposit back,which was 600ryn and too expensive! With this money i would definitely go to a differeny hotel.Its unbelievable what kind of service they give to their customers. The halls after you get off the elevator was creepy and i don’t recommend it for women who are traveling alone. You can never see coming who is coming your way because of the many doors. Travelers with children should probably also avoid this hotel. Please be careful choosing your hotels! A different hotel we went to was totally better and had the same price. There are so many options. Do not choose this hotel!!
