Was a great stay for an entire month. Check-in and check out was quite smooth, the entire staff including reception, room service, kitchen all were kind, gentle always. The best part of this hotel was the jacuzzi on the terrace along with Sauna and Spa. The hotel also has a 24 hour open gym. Food was decent. Overall a great experience without any difficulty. Would like to highlight Karen from the reception staff as she was most helpful during checkin process and all the queries asked to her in general over the entire month. Thank you Biohotel, hope to come back and stay here again

4 stars for the 4 stat hotel. It's nice, clean, modern and has a GREAT vegetarian selection :) There was everything I needed. The only downside was the coffee (it's instant nescafé and I am in Colombia. I wanted good Colombia coffee) and my tv was fuzzy. But everything else was great. The room service was on point and the staff very friendly and had a great restaurant and amenities. Nightly recommend (except the nescafe coffee packet lol)

It was a lovely stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved how sustainable and environmentally conscious the hotel was. The breakfast arrangement wasn't ideal as the waiters had to get coffee for everyone, which wasn't practical and took a while, it would be nice if they change that and add the coffee and milk to the buffet instead. However, we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I stayed at Bio for 2 weeks, been pamper by the whole staff. Went to Bogotá for surgery, but the sweet hard workers from Bio made my healing process easy and pleasant. I fully recommend this hotel, location it’s fantastic , the facilities are super clean, the food it’s great! I want to personally thank Wilmer, Patricia, Soyla,Yovanny,David, Anyela and if I’m missing someone forgive me, you all know you are in my heart ❤️
