Excellent place to stay, great location and fantastic staff. Only thing that would give them a lower mark is that It is next to impossible to park a large size suv in the underground parking area. I was able to get mine in the parking garage but has to get assistance to get it out.

Breakfast was fantatic. We had the business suite and it was just perfect. Big bed. Good kichen with an oven. Big windows overlooking the park. Nice shower. Close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas. Very safe feeling neighborhood. Right beside a lovely cafe. Dog friendly. Even has a little fireplace in the room. The staff as well were nice.

One of the best properties I have stayed at in over 25 countries internationally. The staff between Jonatan, Jhon, Tatiana, Yiseth and the rest CONSISTENTLY took care of me in every situation. They embody the Colombian warmthband hospitality that the country is known for, but they amplify that attitude x 1000. Genuinely wonderful people. The room was spotless, and offered outstanding value. Conveniently located in Chico, the apart-hotel was a luxurious and very affordable home away from home for me that allowed me to see Bogota and the surrounding area efficiently and easily. I give 5 out of 5 stars and will absolutely return to 104 ArtSuites Bogota.

The staff here is pretty unfriendly. My husband and I were technically kicket out of the place on our honeymoon at around 1 am. The bald man at the check-in counter was completely mean and didn't seem to care about the fact that our reservation didn't appear in the system. The hotel sent us to another hotel and promised to give us a president suit next day but they didn't do it. Also, they asked us to come back at 3 despite we were supposed to check out of the other hotel at 1, which meant we had to wander around until they could receive us back. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Lovely small classy hotel! The employees were courteous to me at all times and attentive to my needs. While I waited to check in, they offered me a complimentary alcoholic beverage in the meantime. As friends came over to visit me throughout the day, they did not give them problems at the front desk. I stayed for two nights. It's located in a business sector but residences are nearby. The closest pharmacy is about 1 block away and the closest grocery store is about 4 blocks away. It's either Carulla or Pomona. There are some fast food restaurants along the main road starting at about 4 blocks away. In any case, you are nearby Parque 93 and a couple of malls if going by taxi.
