Room was okay except that if you request for non smoking room, there is totally no windows at all to enjoy scenery or get bright lights as the room light was yellow. Service from the staffs was excellent. Wifi very slow so have to rely on data. Breakfast; different menu daily and taste wise is good. Except there’s no fan no aircon at all so was drenched in sweat. Overall I will still return to this hotel because of the distance to different malls like Nagoya and grand Batam mall. It was walking distance though everyone will tell you to take a cab or taxi to avoid confusion to these places.

I live here for 3 nights but not really happy with the shower room in the washroom, the place to step up into the shower room , kinda hard for a person with weak feet like me. The best is the place is money changers is just walking distance,Foodcourt just cross the road so no issue with the foods. The bad thing is , randomly at night there is people speak so loudly n some even bang the door and , the soundproof is not so good. Too many un considerate people think this world

Hotel is clean, aircon in room is strong. Location is pretty good, opposite a big food court. Room service took care of my request very quickly.

Front desk forgot to return my passport when I checked out! I only realised I left my passport in the hotel front desk when I was in ferry terminal, I called the taxi driver to come and fetch me, front desk staff was rude to me, she said she already apologised, what more I want? I told her that I want to see your boss, her boss was professional and offer to compensate me rp 70000.00, I told her to give it to the taxi driver and we left for ferry terminal, I can ask her to compensate more but I chose to forgive and let go.
