Stayed there for 2 nights. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel breakfast was alright but can definitely be improved. They were having some Christmas event during my stay. Had stalls setup outside the hotel lobby. Noticed some parts of the hotel were undergoing some kind of renovation. But there wasn’t any disturbances at all.

Our stay at Grand Eska Hotel was fantastic. The staff, including the friendly and helpful front desk concierge Felix Iroto, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, even assisting with our bags. The complimentary back massage voucher added to our enjoyment, and the spa offered an extensive selection of treatments for both singles and couples. Moreover, the breakfast spread at the hotel was just perfect, featuring a diverse range of options. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings contributed to the overall excellence of our stay. In summary, Grand Eska Hotel provides a delightful experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

On our arrival we were surprised with a High Tea voucher for my family. The High Tea was great and perfect timing on our arrival. This is my second visit at this hotel. I live the English Style of this Hotel. I also enjoy the Spa on my every visits it is superb and all the staffs here are very helpful and polite. Thank you Grand Eska for the perfect hospitality!

The room we stayed even is small but clean. All staffs very helpful and friendly. Good service. The hotel even provided us complimentary transport to and fro Nagoya from the hotel. The masseuse need to improve. Other than the skill, they should make the necessary preparation accordingly before the massage or spa start. So they will not go in and out of the massage room. Anyway Well done 👏🏻 and highly recommend.

1. No wardrobe n worst toilet design . No place to place even tooth brush n tooth paste . Hot n cold water is almost impossible to adjust . 2. Shower gel n bath gel location is too low for usage . 3. No shower mat 4. Shaky toilet seat 5. Safe position too low for usage 6. Chair provided has no leg cover which made a lot of noise shifting position 7. Too much construction works going on n making it very noisy through out the day 8. Room is small 9. Breakfast is simple . Just bread n butter with coffee while the rest of food is for local . Saltish n no taste 10. Stale was served on the buffet table
