Enjoyed my stay at this centrally located hotel with a sleek, modern ambiance. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a diverse selection. However, the disappointment arose as the pool was closed throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. Despite the premium cost compared to other city hotels, this setback slightly diminished the overall experience.

The majority of the staff was very rude and had an attitude. My car was damaged from valet parking guy, they did not accept any responsibility and they were showing just the one angle on the cameras where you can't see anything. Restrooms were smelling badly. Not worth the money!!! Not worth the 4 stars!!! Never going back.

Worst hotel experience in my life. - the hotel need renovation - the room & shower was smelling wasted water - the pool & jacuzzi was not working during my entire stay and they gave us 1 beer per person as a « compensation »….
