Worst experience ever. Broken shower without curtain so water end up in the room. Broken hanger for towels. We booked for night with breakfast. There was no breakfast at all. Just bread. No coffee, no drinks. Just water. I have complained about this through email - no response. HIGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

The Hotel is unfortunately not really nice. The location is alright, around 25 min to Skanderbeg Square by foot. The breakfast is nothing special, the room is small and seems cheap. If you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet since there is not curtain. Unfortunately there were lots of ants in our room which was unpleasant and there was no room service. The staff was friendly but the Hotel lacked any charme.

The rooms were ok. Food is good. Service is very bad. The lady at the counter was rude. First night in albany. Checked in late at night after coming from the airport. Check out was 11, my mistake of not knowing that, but she came up 11:40 when were literally leaving the room, then spoke very rudely about being 1 hour late for check out. She said “you always do like this” and I asked what do you mean, this is my first time coming here. She said “ I mean all nations do like this 😂”. Well, then she complained about my kids being noisy for 3 hours!!. I went to take a bath for less than half an hour, they were wandering at the hallway of the same floor wih Mum watching them, waiting for me, In the end I will definitely not come here again and won’t recommend especially if you have kids. BTW, in my reservation I made sure to tell I have 2 kids.

Best night sleep We’ve had in a hotel for a while. Liked · The hotel was very well situated near the centre, staff was very friendly and helpful we checked in quite late and they were very attentive and friendly. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who offered to take our bags to our room. The room was spacious and very well decorated and clean, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I really liked that we had fresh flowers in our room. In the morning we went down for breakfast and there was a great selection of food very well prepared and very wholesome. The service was immaculate. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. Cetina
