I was in London for 10 nights in September. Beautiful Victorian style Hotel. The rooms are not large but adequate. It was in a great location for getting around London. The Staff were exceptional kind and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you! Linda R Calgary Alberta Canada

very convenient location. Quite a quiet hotel on a not very busy street. This is an old house that needs renovation, the doors and floors creak. cleaned up quite clean, no bugs) There weren’t USB ports for charging, they should already be in hotels. Plus an incomprehensible requirement for additional payment for late check-in, which we only learned about from a letter after paying for the hotel. It would be nice to have a handing sign “no service today”.

Be aware that the rooms are very small and there are extra charges for changing towels and bed sheets, which is really odd. The toilet flush was very noisy and the sink was clogged . Very bad experience.
