Hotel & location are decent. however staff are poor trained as the main Receptionist “Mr. Ajay” is rude & don’t give the bare minimum level of respect to guests nor time to lessen to their inquiries and requests . Moreover he shouts on guest and rejects to call the manger/management. What is more weird is that they are asking for illegal request’s, as holding the national ID cards from Gulf countries citizens with reception is illegal and not allowed within BH Ministry of Tourism of Kingdom of Bahrain. Such holding of ID cards can causes unnecessary issues to tourists whenever they are crossing a checkpoint for an example. Such demands do not suit respectful hotel specially breaking Country Laws & Regulations. Frankly, such behaviors have a bad impact to Hotel reputation along with tourism within Kingdom of Bahrain

Entrance is through a small shopping mall on American Alley. The rear entrance is really grim and shady at the back. The suites are far from "Executive" - signs of wear and tear and a bit grubby in places. Not very homely and noisy at the weekends. If you stay id recommend a very high floor.

Im a regular guest of this hotel as i have been staying here every time i visit bahrain for the past 4-5 years and its really wonderful and pleasant stay as always . Friendly staff , clean and large rooms , near to restaurants and supermarkets plus near to shopping malls . A good car parking area .almost everything you possibly need you woukd have it here .
