The location of this hotel is perfect! It is right on the beach with a great view of sunset. I had read previous reviews that the beach wasn't nice but I have to strongly disagree with this. Yes there is some seaweed on the beach but this is natural and not the hotels fault or responsibility. All of the staff were so helpful! They arranged transfer from the ferry port, taxis, car rental, a dinner booking and a boat trip to Curieuse island (which i'd really recommend). The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the beach. The cold flannel and fresh vanilla ice tea on arrival were really nice touches. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was nice and a good selection for breakfast.

When we arrived we had a problem which was resolved quickly - we stayed for a period of 7 days, the management and the guys who work there always welcoming you with a smile. Our room a superior beach house was clean and tidy, daily cleaning was always carried out on time. In our opinion, eating is a sore point, the price are fair but waiting times at the restaurant during dinner were too long and the quality of the food is not exceptional. Breakfast was ok, the omelettes were good but personally I didn't like the quality of the buffet and the presentation. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect for long walks at sunset, the vegetation is great but for swimming is not comparable to other places on Praslin. If you rent a car there’s always parking in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel which I would describe as more 3 star, unfortunately the rooms I stayed in were over the road next to the tortoises mating which can be quite loud. The food is fairly average, pool and beach quite nice. The staff could do with a bit more welcoming nature and presence, and possibly ask the guests if they need anything but otherwise it was an ok stay.

A very beautiful Place at Grand Anse! Perfect room at the Beach House, good breakfast and a small but good Menu + Daily offers for dining (we had bed&breakfast) The Cocktails Mixed By Ishan was the best especially the coconut frozen. The Whole Service Team is very kindly and take care about us that we have a Perfect Time at theier hotel. Absolute to recommend!

My wife, our son and I recently stayed at the Bliss. We had a great experience and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. Great service, good food and really friendly staff that interacted with us. The property on which the hotel is located, is split by a road with most of the suites on the far side of the property away from the beach, the lobby, restaurant and main Bar on the beach side of the hotel. There are two swimming pools, one on the side where most of the suites are situated and one at the restaurant at the Beach side of the property. Both were in immaculate condition. The rooms are well appointed, and all have air-conditioning. The one drawback of the hotel is the wooden walkways. All the wooden walkways are still in relatively good condition structurally; however, they are in urgent need of sanding and a new finish.
