For the price we paid this was hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was large the bathroom was spacious and it was as clean as hotels get if you’re not wiping all of the surfaces with wipes to check. We didn’t see dust or sticky surfaces. There’s a safe in the room. Normal sockets and a couple of USB sockets too in the room. Breakfast was Turkish style, simple but enough to fill you up. I don’t know the names of the dishes but there was a tomato based one, an egg plant based one, bread, cheese, jam, cheese, beef sausage, potato wedges, boiled eggs, tea & coffee. The reason I rated 4 for service is because one day our room wasn’t cleaned, perhaps we left the room too late. Also my pyjamas were left thrown on the bedside table. Not a big deal at all but I thought it was odd and just missing a touch of service. We asked for more teabags and they gave us some for the night but didn’t have enough for the morning. Not a big deal at all and it wouldn’t stop me from rebooking. Other thing is we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport and the price they offered was vastly overpriced. Much more than the price we paid to arrive in heavy traffic. We found a better price elsewhere. Location: great for the old town. You can get to Blue Mosque & Hagia Sofia in 5 minutes. You can also close to the Grand Bazaar & Topkapi Palace. You can take the T1 tram to popular locations and across the water to Karaköy where the Galata Tower, Taksim Square & Dolmabahçe Palace. From the palace if you walk down the road you can return via the T1 conveniently. If you are unsteady on your feet be careful, in general the streets are cobbled and a bit uneven.

The best hotel I've been to in Istanbul. I've been to it two years ago. We took two rooms. There's a lovely omelet smell in the morning. There is Sultan Ahmed Mosque behind it, as well as many restaurants, including Burger King, and they have a delivery service to the airport and vice versa. It is psychologically comfortable and there is a nice balcony. The location is really special, next to the metro. It is a comfortable facility for the elderly and people with special needs. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and strong, the towels are clean, and the backyard of the hotel is clean.very big Thanks to me ahmad and mr yazan

I just returned from a 6 days vacation to Istanbul. The location of the hotel is excellent. In just a few minutes you walk to any attraction of the old town. Big rooms, very polite and careful staff, absolutely every day cleaning was done in the room. I definitely recommend asking the hotel to arrange for the airport transfer. I was simply not finding anything suitable, the hotel negociated a fee with a transport company and it was worth every cent.

This place looks nothing like this pictures displayed here, it is dingy, dirty an honestly down right scary , the seats were peeling and the men working there were wearing dirty polos, we showed up after a long flight an no one helped us with our luggage they then told us we had to wait until we filled out paperwork before we could go to our rooms but wouldn't tell us how long we had to wait, but that someone else was first, we honestly didn't feel safe at all staying here and ended up leaving for another hotel down the road. I would not recommend this place at all.
