I love living here. The building is clean and nice, the facilities are great (the gym could do with newer equipments though), and the staff is super nice. It’s just so cool to be across the street from the beach!! What a view 😍

Lived here for a couple years beautiful i miss it a lot . Maria the concierge is wonderful very helpful and attentive.

ocean blue use to be a very nice condominium but now it's not the case. Mold issue as major flooding happen in all floors 6 months ago and still nothing has been done to fix it. Service elevator out of service for 6 months( good luck moving furnitures ) Pool was ice cold during the winter and now it's summer well pool is close. Gym equipments is so old and useless. Sauna has never been working. Most owners ask for almost $3000 a months for a small 1 bedroom ( renters cannot have pets but owners can per HOA rules ) only positive is that the staff is very nice and helpful. update 03/06/2023 service elevator was fixed 3 months ago but broke again last month pool is finely heated the drywall and carpeting in the corridor still not been installed after over a year

Update: Construction in unit busted sprinkler system pipe and flooded 4 floors and many units. It appeared no one knew how to turn the water off because the fire Dept had to be called to deal with shutting off the water and by then there was extensive flooding. Water was coming through ceilings, through walls. The security and prop mgr that had been in the bldg for years were all removed this year. This building is a disaster to live in. The aftermath has been just as bad. Mold? Structural damage? Just scary to think about the damage that was done that can’t be seen and the lack of transparency to residents. Excellent staff. Building does appear to have mold in lobby and some amenities need to be updated. The neighborhood is a bit dicey as there is little to no police presence, but the security in the building is good.
