The only positive I can come up with is that the view from the room was beautiful. The lobby is nice looking, but there are only stairs to get your luggage from the dropoff area to get up 2 flights to the lobby; it's just insane to have hundreds of pounds of luggage and having to drag them up stairs one at a time. I've never seen anything like it. I have no idea how a person in a wheelchair would get in the building. It's crazy. Valet parking is insane, you can't park your own vehicle and the wait to get parked can be upwards of 45 minutes. The room I was in was...almost empty? 2 beds, a 12 dollar target lamp. A cheap painting on one wall. Cheap white flat paint on top of scraped walls. It felt like a Motel 6 in quality. I take that back, motel 6s usually have more artwork on the walls. The place looks like it has been used and abused and not maintained well, with cheap and easily replaced items. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusted to the point the door barely closed. The hot water in the shower cycles back and forth between freezing and boiling. Its not pleasant. The view out the window is beautiful though...

I stayed at an airbnb here and it was a really good experience. My room was very well set up with a Kitchenette and the view was beautiful. They have access to the beach, a pool, laundry services and a restaurant. The lobby reminded me of

We visited someone at this condo and valet damaged our van and told us they would reimburse us for the damages ($540). Now 10 months later we are still waiting for the check. Very bad when valet is your only choice.

Absolutely horrible. Check in was a disaster. Mandatory valet parking, don’t forget anything in your car or you won’t be getting it back easily. Door was broke and wouldn’t lock. Was never brought or offere new towels, toilet paper, nothing. When asking for more trash bags on a 2 day stay, we were told to buy our own. Extremely outdated. Air conditioning ran the whole time while the room stayed around 80 degrees. Shower drains all stopped. Same with sinks. Looks like an absolute dump. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Do not waste your money. We’ll never be back

Beds are small and very uncomfortable and outdated. The shower was stopped up and slowly draining, several outlets wasn't working and microwave was not working. After 2 days of me being there maintenance finally came, after me calling for 2 days in row. Maintenance fixed outlets and microwave there was a trip breaker and bad outlet. It was mold on the shower doors, the place just needs an upgrade.
