Good location near the airport, allows easy access into Pisa. Really friendly staff, giving personal touch to our stay. Limited but good quality breakfast. Very good cappuccino coffee, served with happiness. Rooms neat, tidy and well-equipped. Comfy mattress! Not always the case!

We booked this place very last minute due to its location near to Pisa Airport and having to catch an early flight. The apartment was for four of us and was huge with two large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as massive living room and kitchen. We were met at reception by friendly staff and Kiko the dog who showed us to our apartment. They weren't kidding when they said it was a 10 minute walk to the air terminal! Car parking (for a fee) is offered in the underground parking but we found it best to drop off the car at the rental place the day before to avoid having to get up even earlier. We ate at their own restaurant which had a limited offering but good food nonetheless. Would recommend this place for a night's stay.

No airconditioning although their website promised it. We asked the staff, They have 1 central heating/cooling in the whole building and apparently prefer it to be 29C inside. Heating was already on at the end of oktober while it was still 24C outside. Staff was nice, it is very close to the airport. Room was bad. Toilet broken, no good blinds, beds made lots of noise. Overpriced. This was probably a fancy hotel 30 years ago.

The overall cleanliness is poor (room is dusty, bathroom is dirty and smelly, elevator has stains etc), the minifridge is not equipped in the order the sheet next to it implies, the breakfast is pretty bad and about a 30-40 minute walk to the tower. The only up-side would be it's very close to the airport and to the train station too. Would not recommend staying more than two nights.

If it were possible, we would give this hotel ten stars. We just showed up without a reservation at 11:30 asking if there was an available room for three people. We were initially told no, but I think the gentlemen took pity on us because as we turned to leave he said he was able to move some things around and we could stay, but it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00. Side note: one of us had just been released from a local hospital, and we were all EXHAUSTED, so we asked if we could hang out in the lobby/café area until 3:00, which wasn’t a problem. He then came and found us no more than 40 minutes later and told us the room was ready! We all literally passed out for at least six hours. They had great food specials; we ordered a pizza and beer, which were delivered to our room (along with extra pillows “just in case”). Later on when I was outside the gentleman from the front bought me a glass of wine – nothing weird, just a nice guy=. I wish I could remember this guy’s name, but he was either the owner or family to the owner. Either way – he was the nicest man and went way more than above and beyond for us. If you’re ever in Pisa and need a place to stay – look no further!
