Just a short walk from a number of stations but just that far so not to be crazy busy the apartment is in a perfect spot for those visiting Osaka. The remote check in isn’t ideal, Agoda didn’t forward the initial check in details and I am not a fan of checking in via a video speaker phone with people constantly walking past the entry but it’s over quickly. The apartment is a decent size for four people with all the basics provided, although the pillows are very thin. The kitchen has the basics but probably limited to reheating than anything else, but there’s a deli on the ground floor and a couple of convenience stores on the same block however, there are plenty of restaurants within a few steps of the apartment but it’s good to have a choice. The apartment is starting to show its age. No USB outlets and no smart TV so some family members may be disappointed and you need to make sure you have sufficient international power adaptors. I would stay again

Generously sized rooms with most amenities located in an interesting neighborhood and in good proximity to infrastructure for getting around town or to airport. It's self service all the way and no way to get Yamato service. There's a supermarket downstairs open until 11 for most things incl breakfast cereals and fresh milk ( huge for us). The check in is at 16 and checkout time is 10am, taking a good deal of time from short stay visitors who better go elsewhere.

I am super disappointed with the quality of the sofa beds. They are not meant for sleeping at all. The padding were all gone and I felt like sleeping on planks and pillows were so flat that I woke up with both neck ache and backache after 1st night. I emailed them immediately for extra quilt and extra pillows. Only extra pillows were given. So I had terrible sleep for the next 6 nights. Salonpas became my best friend throughout my entire stay. The saving grace is the convenience store below and the location. Please consider very carefully if you are booking a room with a queen sized bed and 2 sofa beds for a family of 4.

Location is great. Room was spacious and clean. Good utilities that all worked easily. Small supermarket adjacent to the building was handy. Our check-in experience was a little stressful. After a long, hot day of travel we found the check-in codes provided did not work and we were stuck in the foyer trying to work out what to do next. All worked out in the end. Also, it wasn’t clear what to do with our overflow of trash in our room which was a bit stinky after a week.
