amazing hotel with amazing staff, no wait time at all when i stumbled in after a long flight, checked in and straight up to my room. room was spotless and breakfast was amazing. laundry cost was a little pricey and the location isn't the best, but there's a bus stop that takes you to osaka station right outside, and the juso station is extremely close. overall 10/10

I guess this hotel was not made for foreigners. The communication is poor. They don’t clean rooms. I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. They also don’t put much effort into ensuring customers are safe. No nearby activities. Please stay elsewhere
