Thanks for watching the snowflakes. 다행히 둘째날 이메일로 주고받으며 체크인 할 수 있었어요. There are many different types of snowflakes 어요. 우리가 머무는 곳은 체크인 직원이 없었고 숙소로 운영하더라구요 친절 하게 번역기를 써가며 안내해줬습니다. Remember the young Korean couple who couldn’t check in the first day because it was too late? Luckily, I was able to check in the second day by communicating with the staff via email. We didn't have a phone number because we were using a foreign SIM card, but they helped us check in by giving us the office address. The place we stayed had no check-in staff and operated as an unmanned accommodation and the staff kindly guided us with a translator. The accommodation we stayed in was like a home, with washer, dryer and dishwasher, in addition to detergent in capsules, dishwasher detergent and scrubber, which was great. It was the most comfortable and economical accommodation of our itinerary. It was nice that there was a locker for the luggage to be able to use it for free. The reason for the four stars is that I couldn’t check in the first day because I couldn’t connect with the staff by 11 p.m.

The apartment is small and exquisite. It has everything you need. It has a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine and dryer, and a variety of tableware. It is very suitable for a family of three. It is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and the Hunan cuisine (Chinese cuisine) that I have wanted to eat for a long time. It is very cost-effective. Overall satisfied.

We traveled in July 2012. The air conditioner broke, dripping onto our heads on the second day of our planned four-day stay. It happens. Unfortunately, however, despite the functionality of the apartment and the convenience of the nearby metro, I have a bad memory: upon arrival we paid the rent by paying the deposit online. The gentleman spoke only Spanish and after leaving the door with the money in his hand having just been counted in front of him, he returned complaining that 100 euros were missing and that he would call the authorities. We paid, but only because we were young, didn't know the language and didn't want any trouble. The money was there, we counted it in 4 of us in front of him. Too bad.. Not to be repeated. I hope it has improved over the years.

Good cleanliness, good downtown area and absolute friendliness. Two minutes from Las Ramblas and the metro station. Central area with many restaurant and grocery businesses. The only negative thing is the broken windows and aluminum doors and for that reason, a lot of light at night and a lot of noise, it can be difficult for you to sleep. If those defects are fixed, it will be an excellent apartment. . Greetings from Lanzarote.
