Modern decorated room & the facilities are efficient. There is a bath inside the room, it's a nice point for me to relax myself. It is a great price-per-value option for couples who want to stay overnight

No flexible check-in time.Not really impress by the room. Could be use 2 years covid hiatus for maintainence. Check out at 5am for rush to airport and told have to pay for extra one night for no reason. Feel cheated cause already pay all room fee at 1st day check in. Having difficult to solve this problem due to senior/upper rank staff not around. Wait near 30 min for other staff coming but in the end thx god for waive the extra 1 night room charge. In the end causeme late to airport check in. Can be more professional due to getting more and more foreigner coming for travel

My room was pretty and looked just like pictures on the booking site. However, you could hear traffic and it wasn't even peak period. Requested to change rooms and that process was hampered by staffs limited English. We went back and forth for about 40 minutes and I eventually paid for a room upgrade. Requested that they book a tour for cu chi tunnels and stepped out for dinner but returned to find that the tour was not available. By then, it was too late to arrange for anything on my own. While it was a pretty room, stay could have been made more pleasant if these issues were resolved.

Bonita is a chain of “love hotel” that caters mostly to local couples that need an escape from the busy pace of life in Saigon. If you come here expecting a luxury pampered treatment the you will likely be disappointed. If you and your SO just want a few hours of intimacy then this hotel sure will fill your needs. The room has plenty of mirrors and sensuous settings including tantric chair and other adult items. Being a set for mainly local couples, the staff may be a bit lacking in English. But they are well versed in technology so go ahead, whip out your phone and use Google translate. Definitely not a typical tourist hotel.
