I booked into the Boracay Haven Suites for a three week stay to escape the hustle and bustle of city living in Manila. I was hoping for a nice quiet, peaceful atmosphere, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. The room I booked was a premium room with a pool view. The room however was situated directly opposite a night club that played very loud music and Karaoke late into the night. After a week of interrupted sleep I asked if I could be given a room at the other end of the complex further away from the disturbance. I was told that that was not possible as I had booked a premium room and that I could not be downgraded. I explained that I didn't mind the downgrade, however I was told it was not an option. The food served at breakfast was always cold and very uninviting. Also, every morning I was awoken with the sound of a crowing rooster that started at about five o'clock and persistent until midday. The cleaning staff were also a disturbance as they continually chatted to each other in loud voices as they went about cleaning rooms. I eventually decided to book another hotel further down the beach for the remainder of my stay at a cost of twenty two thousand pesos, which I have to say was worth every single peso. If you are looking for a nice quiet, pleasant and tranquil place to stay, Boracay Haven Suites is not the place for you.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, we got given our welcome drinks and made us feel at home straightaway. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Special mention to Dexter and Rojan for your hospitality. Kudos as well to the Housekeeping Team, the rooms are very clean and tidy. I would also like to mention the Kitchen Team, they have a good variety of breakfast meals with good servings as well. The beach is also just 2 minutes away. Overall, highly recommended! 🙂

All was very good except the number of fees announced to customers upon their arrival if they get anything dirty/lost. It is not a pleasant experience to get all these rules and warnings upon arrival. In a hotel, towels get dirty and sometimes permanent dirt, it is ok not to put the burden on customers. Other than that, breakfast could be improved. Thank you for hosting us for almost a week and for your kind smiles :)

The staff are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained. It is not located at the beachfront, however only takes 3 minute walk to access the beach and is close to D'mall and other shops. Special thanks to their reception team Junna, Rojane and Jocel, who made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely come back to this place on our next holiday.

Close to the beach and the busy bustling centre. Staff are friendly and open, you'd feel free to speak to them. Facilities are clean. Rooms with balcony so that was awesome. Restaurant is not as busy, usually guests eat outside and just come to sleep in. Pool is small so don't expect to dive and do back-flips, but it's still ok. You'll be charged if you take drinks from the mini fridge. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the 2500 pesos refundable deposit in case you decide to eat there etc ...I wasn't notified by the organising agent, or prior to check-in for that matter However I was refunded that money after check out Would I go there again? Yes .. Thank you for making my stay in Boracay a memorable one.
