Let’s start with the positive part first, the staff was very friendly even they were very understaffed (info at the reception). The location is very central. Beside that it was not a very pleasant experience, room was very old fashioned, bed not very comfortable and internet connection was not working at all. Price was not worth the 100 EUR charged per night. Room was completely different from the pictures posted by the hotel

A terrible experience. The hotel manager was rude, unhelpful and barely speaks english. Heating didn't work in the room, which is a problem in Berlin in November, shower was spilling water into thw room, the place itself was old and very uninviting, placed at an ugly part of the neighberhood. Bed was uncomfortable. Just doesn't worth the money. I wouldn't even accept money to stay there. A horrible place.

It is very basic hotel, better from a hostel only as you have your own room. Food is reasonable but a guy supporting the dinning area creates strange anxiety. His comments were on a edge of being rude. Nevertheless, food being quite average quality is in a reasonable choice. We found some mold in the toasts but apart from all rather ok.

We had one of their apartments and let me tell you... For over 170euro a night, it was not worth it. 1. Only one of 3 heaters worked 2. Lights in the hallway didn't work 3. The thinnest and hardest toilet paper you can imagine 4. A ripped towel on our last day We complained about it and were told it will be fixed, which was not the case. When we brought it up at checkout, we were told something along the lines that it's not their fault, that the owner didn't repair it. Also the parking is bad and if you are late or have a big car, you can't park there. We got it refunded but it was still not the best experience.
