In late September 2023 we stayed in BoRooms for 3 nights to be close to the Vatican. It was a great choice. We had a misunderstanding about our arrival times but the manager came in to meet us at an odd hour - great service. The room was the perfect size with a very nice bathroom. We had the choice of whether to have it cleaned each day or not. Finally the neighborhood cam alive each evening with many cafes, restaurants, shops and 4 gelato stands in just a 3 block stretch. BoRooms made it easy to enjoy the best Rome has to offer.

Gabriele's place is conveniently located near the Vatican, but still in a quiet street. I appreciated the ability to self check-in, which was useful as my flight arrived later than expected. The room is as described, however, do note though that the private bathroom for the smaller room (Grey Room) is across from the bedroom but with your own key. There is a common area where one can reheat and eat food. The corridor is also under video surveillance so it's safe to leave your luggage after you arrive or before checking out.

This place is literally 1 minute from Castel San Angello, 2 minutes from the St. Peter's square making it a perfect starting location for the vaccation days. The self check in system is very useful, so you can arrive any time to grab your keys. One day our neighbours had problems with their room code around midnight, and after a call, somebody came in 5-10 minutes and fixed it. The rooms were always clean and set up for sleeping every day when we arrived back. Thank you Bo-Rooms! :))
