I stayed in this hotel with my wife for a week from 13/08/ -20/08 while visiting Istanbul. I cannot be more happy than choosing bossuite to stay as I received an excellent service from lutfi and from the other manager (Cayenne). They were attentive to all my needs and were super helpful. The room was clean, tidy and big. The location is excellent as the tube is literally down the road. I can’t forget the big tasty Turkish breakfast, be sure to order first thing in the morning. Thank you to the Bossuite team for the gracious hospitality.

Our room was not clean at all. The toilet seat was dirty with urine stains. The room were dark because of week lamps. One time the water was so cold we couldn’t take shower and we had to call the reception to ask for warm water. The only good point is that it is near metro station.

If I was reading rewiews before we booked the room here, we wouldn't definitely stay there. But, people often forget that regardless of some mistakes in past, there is always room for improvement. As a world traveller (travelled 70+ countries on 4 continents), I always have high expectations. We were expecting only a place to sleep over before our flight that was next day, thats why we choosed to stay since its close to main road going to airport. My family have been using Istanbul as a connection airport for international flights for 20+ years, so we kind of knew the variety of hotels, suites, apartments etc. In a 15+ million people megapolis. BOSSUITES is one of the cleanest places we stayed in Turkey in 20 years, isolation is very good (couldn't hear anyone else or any sound from outside). Guy from reception was very helpful and patient with all my requests and assistance needed for hours to talk to local company regarding my flight delay issues. Room was very spacious and AC was working perfectly (crucial thing since it was 36°C outside).
