Owners are very friendly and willing to help. Only stayed a night but I wish all the best for them. Room was clean. Everything was good enough. They have offered little snack. Only downside is the location. However, as there are some stairs to the hotel. If you have big luggage, maybe not so easy. But I see they are more than happy to carry your luggage to the room before the stairs.

Van and her husband are super friendly and hospitable hosts who arrange and organize everything you ask them for. Waited so patient for us for check-in and didn't complained about it, allthough we were very late. Rooms are cheap, spacious, comfortable and clean. Great view on the mountain if you are lucky with the weather. Short steep path from the main road to get there but easy to find at all. Looking forward to come back.

We are absolutely thrilled! The hotel has a fantastic location, and the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. But the best part: The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Such an experience is very rare. So, if you're looking for an amazing hotel in Sapa, you're in the right place!!!
