Our first time in Scotland and we had a lovely 3 night stay at Boutique 50. Andy and Niamh were so kind and helpful they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, the bed was really comfortable and the location was great. I don't often leave reviews but we wanted to personally thank the staff for being so warm and kind to us. Will most definitely stay here if we ever return to Glasgow :) x

The staff are really lovely, the room I had was right behind reception and the walls are paper thin so you could hear any and all conversations. The room and en suite was pretty small and tight to manoeuvre around. The bathroom sink was tiny and had a bath tub waterfall tap which was a bit weird and way too big for the sink. Overall it definitely felt very cramped and loads of clutter on the small amount of surfaces to put things on considering how much I paid. The general style was nice but the shelf the record player was sat on was hanging off the wall, likely because it couldn’t support the weight of the player. That said the bed was super comfy and the sheets were good quality. The breakfast included was fine but not much to write home about. Location wise the hotel is in a really good spot, walkable to lots of places and restaurants for a chilled trip to Glasgow.

Cute, but not a comfortable stay. The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold with nothing in-between. We stayed here in a day when the high was 83, and there is no AC. We didn’t feel safe opening the window because it fully opened to an alley behind our basement room. If you want a comfortable & safe night’s sleep, pass on this place!

I had the best time at this hotel. Booked it to stay just one night. The first night I arrived in Scotland after a long flight from the U.S. My room was wonderful super comfortable bed. The extras in my room were very cool - record player, bathtub in middle of room with view of TV. Loved all of it but most of all the staff and manager were so helpful. Wish I would have stayed longer. Cannot wait to return. I highly recommend this fun and beautiful place. Oh almost forgot and the breakfast delicious!
